P2P Kick-off

P2P project, has started with the kick-off meeting held in Belgrade, Serbia at the 1st and 2nd of February 2024. The project is carried out in partnership with 5 non-governmental organizations and 5 sport federations from 5 different countries.

The meeting represented an essential step and opportunity for the representatives of the partners to draft Effective project implementation Plan and clarify last doubts on the project implementation. Qualitative and quantitative indicators for evaluating the impact of the project, have been presented, debated and defined by all partners during the kick off meeting.

The project’s Management rules have been explained, shared and clarified by the coordinator through the presentation of the functioning of the “continuous reporting tool”. The timeline with the major steps and following tasks to be implemented has been discussed and agreed among all the partners.
