Opening Events in Partner Countries

Opening events were successfully organised in all partner countries as one of the first visibility and outreach activities of the P2P project. These events helped establish a strong foundation for project implementation and introduced the project to local stakeholders, young people, sport organisations and community representatives.

During the events, partners presented the main idea of the project, its objectives, planned activities and expected results. Special attention was given to the activities that would be implemented at local level, including the development of Sport Youth Councils, Sport Youth Boards, local trainings and youth leadership activities.

The opening events also created an opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of youth participation in sport and democratic life. They helped local communities better understand how the P2P project would use sport as a tool for empowerment, inclusion and active youth involvement in decision-making processes.
